I like the delivery and that the order process for prescriptions was very simple with a Dr by conference call. I did not like the limits to customization. I did not like to have to include so many OTC drugs and not be able to remove them for some discount. Even if it's not a lot off the price I don't need OTC items. Finally, the bright orange case is very sturdy but it's way too big for 6 pill bottles and the OTC stuff. Even leaving the manual on emergency care in the bag I could dump another entire first aid kit in there. I did that but overall it's way to big to travel with and I can use it as a home first aid complete kit / station but to travel it would be nice to have a minimal bag that held the drugs ordered and it doesn't need space for OTC drugs or the manual.
